HOLOFIL base model is designed with portability in mind. You can carry it in a carry on bag in airplane for various demos, events, exhibitions etc. It weighs 5 kg.
This model uses a LCD Android display with HD resolution.
Now you can rent it for a per day price of 99 euros with a refundable deposit of 800 euros. Content creation charges are extra. You will get a HOLOFIL device in the black hard case for protection.
The rental period is for 24 hours. So depending on your need please add the quantity in the checkout page equal to the number of days of the rental. At the moment the rental is allowed only for instore pickup.
If you want the rental in a separate city other than Amsterdam where the device needs to be shipped, then you will pay for the shipping + packing charges of 60 euros within the European Union. Choose the rental shipping method for the same during the checkout. The device then will be provided in a semi-assembled format so that it does not break, and you will assemble it at the venue using an instruction video.

We ship all over the world. The shipping prices and times vary based on the region.
The shipping price consists of a packing + shipping fee. Packing fee is 20 euros and shipping fee varies based on the destination. For within Netherlands it is 20 euros, within EU it is 40 euros, and any where in the world it is 70 euros. Shipping times within Netherlands are two business days, within EU are 5 business days, and in the rest of the world is typically 15-20 business days (excluding customs delays).
If you would like you can also choose pick in office option and save on the shipping fees.
VAT of 21% is applicable for shipping within Netherlands and for the rest of the world it is not applicable.
