This app from HOLOFIL allows you to upload a 2D photo and export a 3D photo frame mounted on a canvas as a 3D model in Obj/Mtl format. 

You can use this 3D model of your photo in any of the 3D applications including our own Holofil-X application which allows import of this 3D model and export a turntable 3D animation.
